Management Meeting August 2025
Phnom Penh: The August 2025 Monthly Management Meeting of Bamboo Finance PLC convened under the leadership of CEO Mr. Keo Sokha and Deputy CEO Mr. Oeurn Silen. Representatives from various departments, offices, branches, and regions participated in the meeting. Each presenter delivered an overview of their operational performance and key activities, engaging in a detailed discussion on existing challenges while strategizing solutions to facilitate the effective execution of the 2025 Business Plan. Additionally, preparations were underway for the subsequent 2026 Business Plan, with strategic insights provided by the CEO. The meeting also featured guest Mr. Nhim Chhumni, who contributed valuable perspectives on the intersection of soft skills with "Mental Health Science and Well-being," fostering an enriching dialogue on enhancing workplace culture and employee resilience.
New Employee Orientation and Training Course, July 2025
This training program is designed to enhance staff comprehension of the institution’s foundational vision and operational mission, alongside a comprehensive overview of key policies. These include internal regulations, uniform and hygiene standards, principles of customer due diligence, performance appraisal methodologies, absence management protocols, employee benefits frameworks, opportunities for additional skills training, and pathways for career development. Such clarity enables employees to delineate their roles effectively within the organization, fostering collaborative efforts and promoting sustainable progress. At Bamboo Finance Plc., we prioritize employee development and are committed to facilitating skill enhancement across various domains. This initiative aims to optimize work performance, thereby accelerating the trajectory for employees to become high performers within the organization in a relatively short timeframe.
Quarter 2 Board Meeting 2025
Phnom Penh: On the morning of July 22, 2025, Bamboo Finance Plc. held its quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 2 and set the direction for the next quarter's work. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Rath Youmeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and other members of the institution's board. The purpose of the meeting was to present the direction, mission, results, as well as the challenges and solutions implemented over the past two quarters. This was to set new action plans for management to continue their work and drive the institution's operational results to achieve good outcomes in the next quarter. Furthermore, the Board of Directors expressed their satisfaction with the results achieved and provided new strategic directions to improve the institution's operations in the next quarter. The goal is to contribute to providing services to all our customers with a high sense of responsibility and quality.
July 2025 Management Meeting
Phnom Penh: The management meeting of Bamboo Finance Plc. for July 2025 was convened under the leadership of CEO Keo Sokha and Deputy CEO Ouen Silen. Participants included management representatives from all departments, offices, branches, and regional units, focusing on an evaluation of the previous month’s performance metrics. The agenda included an analysis of challenges encountered and the development of collaborative strategies to ensure the effective execution of the 2025 business plan. Additionally, Mr. Nim Chhunny contributed as a guest speaker, offering insights into the “soft skills” necessary for “Effective Communication and Solutions.” His expertise aimed at enhancing the team's capabilities in interpersonal dynamics and problem-solving approaches essential for organizational success.
June 2025 Monthly Management Meeting
Phnom Penh: The management meeting of Bamboo Finance Plc. for June 2025 was convened under the leadership of CEO Keo Sokha and Deputy CEO Ouen Silen. Participants included management representatives from all departments, offices, branches, and regional units, focusing on an evaluation of the previous month’s performance metrics. They also held discussions, exchanged experiences, and set new directions to be implemented in line with the annual business plan.
May 2025 Monthly Management Meeting
Phnom Penh: The management meeting of Bamboo Finance Plc. for May 2025 was convened under the leadership of CEO Keo Sokha and Deputy CEO Ouen Silen. Participants included management representatives from all departments, offices, and branches, focusing on the previous month’s work and developing leadership skills. The agenda included discussions, exchanging experiences, and setting new directions to be implemented in line with the annual business plan. In the meantime, Mr. Noem Chhunny has participated in sharing additional soft knowledge about "Effective Communication and Solutions".
