Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Chief of Management Accounting Unit to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis—fueling growth and ensuring compliance while making a real impact in communities.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Full or partially qualified CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) preferred;
• Experience in financial management within microfinance or banking;
• Strong skills in Excel and financial software;
• Good analytical skill.
• Effective communication in Khmer and English
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team.

• Willing to work under pressure

What will you be responsible for?

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for the Senior Finance Manager.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Produce timely reports for the NBC, lenders, and management.
• Ensure effective cost control and regulatory compliance.
