Major Responsibilities (at minimum requirements):

• Oversee HR projects to ensure efficient execution aligned with company goals.
• Address HR challenges with data-driven solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
• Work with departments on workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
• Guide the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• Implement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage high-level HR inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MA in HR) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years in HR leadership roles with a focus on strategic HR planning, organizational development, and employee relations. Experience in diverse industries is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, decision-making, and leadership skills.
